Terrible customer service. Ordered the pizza and was delivered to our condo in a reasonable amount of time. We ordered a chicken bacon ranch, cheese stick and nuggs with fries. Got it back to the room and we had received a pepperoni pizza instead of a chicken ranch. I called back. No problem they were gonna send out the correct pizza ( they said it would be here is 20 mins) an hour later I call and they make up an excuse that he called us but he was told that the order was correct and don't worry about it. We did not receive this call and made a huge ordeal. I asked for my money back for that pizza. Basically they would not and said they would deliver the pizza. I ended up having them deliver the pizza just to be an inconvenience to them because I sure am not eating it. Called and let them know I received the pizza and wouldn't be eating it. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. 10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!

Angelo’s Pizza House is definitely worth a visit! The service was excellent from the moment I called to place my order. Everyone was friendly, and my food was ready exactly when they said it would be. The quality of the food was outstanding, and the pizza was absolutely amazing! It was so good that we even had the leftovers for breakfast the next morning, and it tasted just as delicious. If you’re looking for great pizza, quality food, and reliable service in Daytona Beach, I highly recommend Angelo’s Pizza House. We’ll definitely be ordering from here again!

Ordered our food for delivery to our hotel at 7:19 and at 8:13 made our first call. They said food is on the way. 8:49 came and called again and they said delivery driver is at the light and will be right there. At 9:00 I called again and wanted to cancel. By this time, nearly 2 hours waiting for food is unacceptable. Delivery driver ended up showing up to our room at 9:15. Food barely warm. We ended up accepting it because kids were hungry and all nearby restaurants closed at 9:00. Pizza, calzone and garlic knots were horrible, the best thing was the 2 liter of Coke and that was luke warm. This place should really do better with food quality and delivery. Especially since the location is 3 miles from the hotel we are staying at. Their advertisement says Fast Delivery, Best in town… that’s a joke. Very disappointing!!

Ordered the same pizza from them before (delivery) in Aug 2025 and it was good, not sure what happened but ordered today (May 2026) and Wow it was nasty, I couldn't even eat my whole slices. Threw it away. The crust tasted, looked and had consistency of frozen pizza, bland, not airy/fresh etc. Same for the sauce and so it was very unappealing. I really wish I could get a refund or something, my foto shows my slices in the trash, I just barely could handle to eat the toppings with a few bites of the crust. On top of that I actually waited 20min longer for the pizza to be ready for the delivery too, so just really saddened by this. FYI they also operate under the name New York pizza and grill on the delivery apps. I had to look in Google to see that they're one in the same spot (Angelo pizza). Just fyi if u didn't know. Just really upset it was so gross/fake (taste wise).

Must-visit spot with great prices (3 huge pieces of pizza for only $10!) and super friendly staff. Ask for Fatma. She's an angel. Very sweet and kind, making the whole experience even better. If you’re visiting the beach, this is definitely a place you should stop for a meal. They also have a nice selection of desserts (Baklava, Carrot Cake, Chocolate Cake, Tiramisu, NY Cheesecake, & Cannolis!)
